The dressing consists of 3 porous drainage round tubes driven into a sponge. There are suction channels on both sides, and flushing channels in the middle. Suction and washing are completely separated to avoid unnecessary secondary pollution of the wound. The drainage tube in the dressing is all perforated to make the negative pressure drainage more adequate.
